We are experienced in fit and pattern making, to meet the customers’ needs and unique styles. We offer a broad range of fabric washes, dyeing, and finishing effects to customize the customers’ styles.

Our home furnishing line encompasses dining, kitchen, and cushion, throws and bedding items, including outdoor fabrics.

While we handle large quantities of orders for renowned retailers such as Home Goods, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Maison123, and Cost Plus, we specialize in manufacturing boutique-quality products. Our team of experienced merchants, skilled masters, pattern makers, and fit specialists work alongside our dedicated sample tailors to transform your ideas into wearable high-quality apparel.

Product Development

At our company, we go beyond the typical product development process prevalent in the industry. While we do engage in fabric sourcing, processing, printing, dyeing, tailoring, embroidery, handwork, and other similar practices, we take a more comprehensive approach.

Our fabulous sample room is equipped with a vast array of fabric references and a 30-year archive of prints. Our in-house embroidery artists and skilled embroidery tailors are capable of transforming designs into exquisite embroidered art. Additionally, our Art Department has the ability to translate artwork into prints from cutting-edge digital to the most ancient of methods like carved wood block printing.
With our strong and flexible sample development team, we ensure that we quickly understand our customers’ needs and provide them with an extensive range of options to choose from.

Robust Sourcing & Printing Ability

Our company boasts a strong sourcing and printing ability, thanks to our longstanding relationships with fabric and accessories suppliers. Leveraging this well-established network of suppliers across the country, we have the ability to conduct bold experiments, leading to new fabric developments. We work with a diverse range of woven and knitted fabrics, including natural, man-made, and blended materials.

All Functions Under One Roof

All functions – from designing, artwork, product development, pattern making, and laboratory testing to fabric handling, cutting, sewing, embroidery, handwork, kaaj buttoning, mending, washing, dry cleaning, finishing, packing and more – are housed under one roof. This enables us to operate more efficiently and achieve a higher level of synergy in our manufacturing processes.

Quality Assurance

We are dedicated to providing the highest level of quality and service to our clients. We prioritize quality assurance from the very first stage of production, with all of our fabrics, trims, and accessories undergoing rigorous checking and testing to ensure their acceptability. Our internal departments maintain a strict focus on quality, but we go even further by subjecting all of our final products to third-party inspection by internationally recognized agencies. This ensures that our clients receive only the highest quality products and can have complete confidence in our manufacturing processes.

Deliveries & Flexibility in Production

As we own our manufacturing units, we have a distinct advantage in fulfilling orders of all sizes, from small to large quantities, and ensuring on-time deliveries. Additionally, our in-house production capabilities allow us to be highly flexible and adapt to our clients’ evolving needs and requirements.

Digitised Pattern

We utilize Optitex Design Solutions, which allows us to import and export data from and to most popular pattern design solutions, such as AAMA, ASTM, DXF, and MDL. This digitized pattern solution ensures consistency of data and allows for easy and accurate printing. In addition, our embroidery design software, Coraldraw, enables us to import and export data from and to CDR and PLT files, making it possible for us to create embroidery pattern designs and grading with ease.
